The raisins are processed and packed in a factory that specialises in the processing of high quality conventional South African raisins.
The factory has state of the art equipment to ensure effective food safety, consisting of colour- and laser scanners, metal detector, x-ray scanner, super vacuums, etc.
The factory’s infrastructure and facility are accredited to export and to supply South African buyers such as Woolworths, Cadbury and Chipkins.
Conventional OR Seedless Raisins are prepared from whole, lyed seedless white grapes, harvested and dried in the shade to produce light brown coloured raisins.
